Who writes this stuff?

My name is James Dwyer. I’m the one on the right.

I’m simply one of many people stumbling along trying to follow Jesus, and what gets put on here are some of the things I discover on the way.

I lead worship, sometimes preach, sometimes write and work for New Wine.

If you want to get in touch, email me or follow me on Twitter.

(I should say here that the title of this blog – The Beautiful Collision – is taken from a David Crowder Band song of the same title. It’s a song that speaks of the beautiful moment when God’s amazing love meets stumbling humans, and for me, it’s a constant source of comfort and joy. While he’s unlikely to ever read this, David Crowder – thank you, and please don’t sue me for using your song.)

Great to come across your blog! I don’t know how involved you are with New Wine, but I want to say how much I appreciate the New Wine magazine. I have been made housebound for the past two years by a severe autoimmune illness, and there were times when that was my main ‘teaching’. It is a significant ministry! 🙂 Blessings.
